Plant in Valdepeñas
This plant is used both as a storage facility for sulphited juice produced in our external plants in Manzanares and La Solana, and it is also the plant where we elaborate most of our products such as NFC juice, concentrate and deionised juices.
The plant has for this purpose:
I. Ceramic cross-flow filtration system with a capacity of 8,000 l / h.
II. 6 Effects Evaporator with a 11,000 kg / h capacity.
III. Ion Exchange plant of 5,000 l / h capacity.
IV. Pasteurization plant with a 7,500 l / h capacity.
V. Cold storage tanks with capacity for more than 1.000.000 liters.
VI. Storage room for MCR with a capacity for 1.8 million liters.
VII. External storage tanks for 23.000.000 liters.
VIII. Drum filler with an output of 6,000 l / h.
IX. Cold storage tanks for finished product ready for expedition.
We also have a Quality Control Laboratory to carry out routine checks to ensure the quality of our products and raw materials.
